With ANZ Tennis Hot Shots, the courts and equipment are smaller, and the balls don’t bounce as high – perfect for new players.
What is a low-compression ball?
Red, orange and green low-compression balls don’t bounce as high as a yellow ball, making them easier for children to hit
Junior Group Coaching
Our Junior Group coaching lessons are suitable for junior players of standards ranging from total beginners, who may have never played before, to intermediate level and competition players. These lessons cater for kids 4 years of age to 18. We run these junior classes 7 days per week, each afternoon after school, Saturday and Sunday mornings. Classes run for 30 to 60 mins each with a maximum of 4 students in a class. In the case of Washouts or Emergencies, make up lessons will be arranged.
ANZ hotshots is a fun social and active, tennis Australia endorsed modified tennis program. It's the easiest way to learn to play tennis. All classes use specially modified balls, racquets and nets. See our link on hot shots for more information
Squad Development Program
TPV's squad development program is catered for children who are primarily interested in playing tournaments and are more serious about their tennis development. Sessions can vary from 90 mins to 2 hours in duration and are focused more on tactical areas with high intensity training.
The Academy program is directed at the athlete who is competing in tournaments and has visions of becoming a professional tennis player or obtaining an American College scholarship. This program has a big commitment for players ranging from 4 to 5 days per week.
Private lessons are available at all our venues. If you'd like concentrated one on one coaching by someone with years of coaching experience and who has played at the very highest level, then private lessons will deliver the benefits you're after in your game.
